Hi,I cant get those weather icons to show up on the map. They show in the infobox and the tooltip bit not in the map

regardless of magnification.I have NOAA and ASp4 selected. They only show on map if sim is connected and only in the 200 mile radius of the aircraft.

They used to show up as soon as i started LNM...which was greaat for quick planning. Also they showed up everywhere not just vicinity of aircraft.

That is normal. FSX/P3D does not provide any weather information far away from the user aircraft.

If you select "Simulator" in the "Airport Weather Source"  menu it will show the icons only if connected.

If you have "Active Sky" select this in the menu for "Airport Weather Source". This is the better option.

Do not confuse this setting with the weather settings in the options dialog. These are independent.
