Hi all,I am deeply saddened to say that the airshow authorities of 15 Wing MooseJaw, Saskatchewan, Canada have confirmed two pilots have been killed during their performance. They say it was during the Masters of Disaster performance.I was watching the team do their manouvers when the collision happened. This site will live in my Heart forever. My prayers and thoughts go out to their families, and may GOD help you get through this. Thanks all for listening,

I'm so sorry to hear that. From initial reports it sounds like they were bi-planes flown by US pilots. No spectators were hurt but the show is cancelled obviously.I can't believe you witnessed it. That must have been something. All the best to the families involved and you too.Regards.

Hi Rob,I have been following the radio and here are two web sites I have been following. This web site for the MooseJaw Airshowhttp://www.saskatchewanairshow.com/main.ph...action=scheduleand the xteam websitehttp://www.xteamairshows.com/#I wish I could roll this day back one, but I can not, one thing I am sure, is that these pilots were doing what they loved.Take Care,

Hi Everyone:I was at CYMJ for the air show! I was a eye witness of this accident and loss of these very skilled professional aviators.my heart goes out to the families.Yours trulytrapper

This is a tragic loss for the Air show Community and shows how dangerous it really is.The two Pilots were:Jimmy Franklin &Bobby YounkinTwo- Longtime Performers.I saw Jimmy Franklin three separate years at Oshkosh, and he was always one of my and My kid's favorite performers, from the Jet Truck to the Jet Bi-Plane, wingwalkers, just awesome stuff.Below is one shot I took of him in 2001.Prayers for their families. There was just something special about a Jet Powered Bi-Plane. Awesome stuff.I also saw the Crash a few years back at Oshkosh on the Runway between the bearcats, and yes, it is something that you never forget.Rest in Peace Jimmy, you're on the wings of Angels Now.Joe .Photo is My Own which I took in 2001..http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/122066.jpgaopa.gif" border="0" alt="Grab My FREEWARE Voice recognition Profiles here:[a href=http://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?CatID=fs2004misc&DLID=58334]Cessna 172 Voice Profile[/a][a href=http://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?CatID=fs2004misc&DLID=60740]FSD Avanti Voice Profile[/a].You will need the main FREEWARE Flight Assistant program to use it, get it here:[a href=http://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?CatID=genutils&DLID=39661]Flight Assistant 2.2[/a]
