Does Anyone of you happen to know where P3Dv4 stores custom made camera’s ?I am not able to find it.

I have made 2 camera views in Manage camera’s and one of them looses the Wideview correction effect ( at the right - scroll down to the bottom ).

So I want to start all over and deleting them in the Manage Camera’s menu does not delete them.

I have posted it at the LM forum but no one has replied to it.

Hello Gerard,

if it is a global camera, check the cameras.cfg and CustomCameras.xml files in C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4

Thanks , but they are scenario camera’s , so nothing in the CustomCameras.xml file ...

Aren't those saved to the scenario file = your "default flight" .fxml?

That I did not check yet.

I am still puzzeled why the Custom Camera forgets the choosen effect.

After checking I save the Camera view, shut down the menu and then choose my camera from the View menu. The effect is there and has been applied.

The next day I restart p3d , the camera’s are there , but the effect is unchecked.
