RESHADE annoying SIFT+F2 message

Hi, im flying with 2d panels and multimonitors and every time i open and undock one a reshade welcome message pops up and freezes the 2d panel when i move it through my multimonitor setup.

I´ve tried uninstalling it but the message still ops up.

Any way of getting rid of this annoying thing?? Im using tomatoshade so i dont think i need reshade at all and even if i need it im just fed up of this.

I would love to use reshade without this message but...
