Falcon Engine Synch

Hi all:

This is almost like a trivia question but I would appreciate some help on this. I spend time trying to get the three engines at the same N1 on takeoff and in cruise. Actually during takeoff, absent anyone in the right seat, there is not a lot of time available to worry about the synch so I just do my best on a quick look at the gauges. I try for 1 and 3 and don't worry about the centerline engine. But at cruise I start out with them each a bit different N1 and fiddle with the throttles until they are close. But then I have noticed that as time passes, the N1s seem to creep together. Is there a FADEC sort of algorithm running in the background which tends to even them out? Also if there is a type rated person here, what is done in the RW on this?

Thanks

Rick
