January 29, 20197 yr Commercial Member You have a corrupted zip file and need to download again. Where did you download from? Or you computer prevents files to be installed to your desktop. But i think its a bad installer.

January 31, 20197 yr Commercial Member This is because we updated the product again because we were missing images for the V4 only. Check the update info on the help page on how to make sure you have the latest version.
