Alex I don't know what happen to all my userpoints. What could i have done to loose them? Using 2.2.4.

Do not start LNM. There are backup files in C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\ABarthel\little_navmap_db .  See here.

Export all your userpoints as CSV if you like to create a manual backup. The exported CSV covers all data fields.
