February 12, 20197 yr Hi! I had a hard disk failure a few days ago (it was Windows 7/X-Plane 11). I've reinstalled the GTN 750/650 with no problems. I can run the Garmin trainer in Windows 10 but unfortunately, in X-Plane 11 I'm getting only black screen with Garmin bezels. Any hints how to make it work properly?
February 12, 20197 yr Hi Can you confirm you've reinstalled with the e-commerce installers to re-authenticate the license? Can you otherwise post the content of the RXP log files (see RXP manuals for file/path)?

February 14, 20197 yr Author I did try to launch the GTNsimulator.exe by hand, it shows error 2 and 5. https://www.dropbox.com/s/dqc2ukey8mtpwg8/IMG_3985.jpg?dl=0 Here I can see the problems from the Security and Maintenence window: https://www.dropbox.com/s/9n37wrhwkaon6ux/IMG_3984.jpg?dl=0 Any idea what went wrong? GTN was working fine before I've upgraded WIn7 to Win10. Regards Andrzej
February 14, 20197 yr Hi, Thank you for the additional screenshots, this helps. - Have you reinstalled the garmin trainer or just copied a backup back? - Did you install the trainer as-admin? If so uninstall and reinstall normally. - Do you run XP11 as-admin? if so don't. - Can you please detail the difference between these two: On 2/12/2019 at 4:55 PM, Artik68 said: I can run the Garmin trainer in Windows 10 52 minutes ago, Artik68 said: I did try to launch the GTNsimulator.exe by hand, it shows error 2 and 5. NB: the 'as-admin' related questions have been detailed in several other posts in this forum, but TL;DR: this prevents the application running as intended. as-admin only purpose is when you need to run 'admin' application changing the system, normal applications don't have any need for running as-admin otherwise Windows redirects/shims a number of path to files and registry and makes these apps fail.
