GTN 750 VLOC Not Working

Featured Replies

I just updated my GTN750 and am unable to fly ILS approaches. I get no glid slope or course guidance to even hand fly. GPS mode works great and VLOC sequencing works great. I had this same issue before the update. I’m flying the Flying Justflight Arrow.

Hi,

I'm sorry for the delay and we are about to release a new update to correct a couple bugs that crept in the latest update. However I can't understand all you've reported:

what does it mean "VLOC sequencing works" as opposed to "glideslope guidance unavailable" as opposed to "can't hand fly" ?

  • 4 years later...

I have the GTN750 2.7.7.0 in use with the A2A C172  P3D v5

Everthing works great until reaching the glide

on VLOC the plane turns right or left  never catching the glide

For me only possible with to land manually

I already tried nearly everything ..

any ideas ?

I tested a bit and found that :

Master / GPS to AP / GPS to HSI / GPS to VOR1 / CDI Mode to NAV/GPS enabled

HSI/CRS ( autoslew) and Connect HSI/OBS ( course in)  disabled

Synchmode GPS<=>SIM

solved my problem for the A2A C172  !

It just works  ( I hope that this will also help others out of desperation )
