February 14, 20197 yr You might consider buying a refurbished Dell XPS. I did and don't regret it. Overclocking is limited on the XPS system I bought, but truly, I don't need it. Here's an example for those with limited funds: Dell refurbished Desktops Dell Alienware deals You'd want at least 16GB memory and a 1070 or 1080 Nvidia video card. As mentioned, you won't have much in the way of overclocking, but it will run P3D very well. (One year warranty included). I would also prefer Intel i7 CPU (i7-8700K).
