Unwanted Bloom Effect

Featured Replies

Howdy Folks,

I just started getting an unwanted bloom effect when I pan down in the cockpit and then go back to looking out the windows.  It's not that bad, and I'm kind of getting used to it, but at the same time, I can't get rid of it, and I don't know how it got there to begin with.  At first I thought it was a shader preset.  Nope.  Tried restoring shaders, trying different presets, then reinstalling Client.  Same thing.  Then I thought maybe it was the bloom settings in P3D, but it's still there when I turn that off.  Next, I thought it was an issue with one of my reshade presets, but I don't see any changes in my settings, and I don't have a bloom fx in there anyway.  So, I'm at a total loss.  I fired off a post over at Chaseplane just to see if it could be related to them, but I'm bringing it up here in case someone has another tree that I can bark up.

Thanks,

John

Nevermind, just found the problem...I unticked HDR luminance adaptation in tomato. Once I fixed that, everything went back to normal.  Now I miss the bloom lol.
