Can this be done with FSX?

Featured Replies

I was watching the presentation on the new multiplayer in FSX..where one person can be PIC and another person as First officer or a student pilot etc.I am assuming the team would be on their own computer...but looking at the same front view.IF that is the case... can we then use this instead of Wideview? Meaning.. I will set up the co pilot or a student pilot's right front view...and in sync with my primary front view. Now, I have a two computers where the front view are synced as Left front and right front views on two monitors.. hooked up to its own PC.You know where I am going with this? :)Am I dreaming or out of my mind?Manny

NICE!!! YES, THAT WILL WORK!!!Have 2 PC's - 2 Monitors - Connect them together with IP address and choose one for pilot and the other for CO-Pilot!!! COOL, thanks for bringing that up since I have 4 PC's sitting here next to each other for various tasks. EXCEPT, you'll have to buy and authorize 2 copies probably even though I am using them for the SAME SESSIONS I guess? Maybe I can register the one copy for both PC's with a disclaimer. Good thinking! Only drawback I'm guessing is you would have to run it as a multi-player session, there would probably be no AI or ATC in a multi-player session. (Though you could have ATC if you fly on VATSIM).
