I am moving Chase Plane to a new computer.  I uninstalled it via vfxcentral on the old computer and reinstalled it on the new via vfxcentral but get a dialog that says "Something unexpected happened etc.". Chase Plane won' even start.  Do I need to activate with the license key?  If so, I can't find the email with the key.  Can you send a key if this is the problem?  You can see that I am a valid customer for this product as my account indicates as much.  I can send you the Paypal receipt for the purchase if necessary.
