March 1, 20197 yr If you are running a 2-3 view setup ( so seperate views ) and are using Vsync than it is applied as 1/2 refresh rate instead of 100% refreshrate. This is in fullscreen mode, not in Windows mode. Yesterday I upgraded to W1809 and applied the 419.17 driver and saw this issue. Un-reinstalling the Nvidia driver made no difference . For the time being I am using Locked framerate mode in fullscreen mode... March 2, 20197 yr Author Finally found out that it was the Nvidia driver. Rolling back to 418.97 solved the Vsync issue . March 2, 20197 yr Hmm.. I use window mode. A rollback to 418 did not solve my problem. However, driver 419 worked fine before updating Windows. I solved the problem through "Rightclick the P3D symbol, go to compatibility and deactive fullsceen optimizations". Edited March 2, 20197 yr by Eugene Kremlev
