Hi all,

If there’s anyone who has this monitor, can you please confirm if the monitor supports 30hz (2560x1440)? The specs sheet from benq doesn’t have that mentioned.

If not, any suggestions for other 27 in qhd monitors with ips panels...that supports 30hz?

@anshugiri, the resolution file available on the BenQ website shows the resolutions supported. Unfortunately it does not support 30Hz at 2560*1440. Only 60Hz I'm afraid.

Thank you Ray. I was really hoping the pd2700q could be forced into 30hz mode via nvidia control panel... but i guess I’ll have to look at other options.

I quite like the monitor you have, but even at 32 inches, i know scaling is going to be an issue....so I’m stuck between the pan and the fire.

Scaling is not a problem if you have Windows 10. It set mine to 150% and everything is readable. Unlike Windows 7 which - although a great OS -  doesn't have the capability for UHD displays that 10 has.

The PD3200U is a great monitor and does do 30Hz. It is expensive because it's primarily a photographer's monitor - not a gamers - but the quality was important to me.
