Final quick question - parking stands are now perfect .. but aircraft still disappearing after parking, is this because the parking percentage is set at 0%?

Yes, 0 percent means that you do not want parked aircraft, no static ones and no live ones....

If a live aircraft arrives at a gate PSXT only parks it if percentage is  > 0
