Multiple screens and frame rate

I am using the latest version of P3Dv4, I have three 27 inch monitors for the sim and a 24 inch monitor for EFB.  I struggle with frame rate and always adjusting the setting to get the best view and frame rate.  I believe you can get better frame rates by using some software on P3D but I have no idea how to do this and would it help with frame rate.  I have read countless posts re frame rate in the past and still seem to struggle.

I am not the best when it comes to the software side of things so any help and detailed instructions would really help me only if you feel I would benefit from any changes.
