If it is at one airport then it is problem with that airport, if it happens at all airports then you might try running a repair of P3D.

I just noticed your reference to tomatoshade, - never used TomatoShade.

Only this airport.I think this is the reflection effect setting problem of tomatoshade.(With runways texture material)
