Weather provided by Active Sky XP. This is xAmbience major patch 1.0.3r3 . The plugin is more than just cloud. It does seasons as well.

I redone the video because during first comparison the xAmbience cloud didn't load. Here is the corrected video. Around 3 min mark you will see the difference.
