I had my autogen load distance slider at very high. I put it to high and i got an extra 10 fps.....who knew!

 

However, I don't think that was the actual culprit. During the times when I am having bad performance, I am getting FPS in the teens with unbelievable bad stutters. 

The last time I had this was when I posted this morning. I quit the sim, loaded it back up and the performance was still terrible. I then restarted my computer and loaded up the sim and with the same scenario and my performance was back in the upper 30s and smooth as silk. 

Its like my computer is doing something funky or whatever. 

Ill keep fiddling with everything. 

My OC is pretty darn stable. Prime 95 and OCCT run for hours without any issue. The CPU temps are in the mid 70s under load but during a P3d session, stay in the high 60s and low 70s. 

As an aside, my performance with YSSY is back to what I would expect. The sessions with bad performance seems to be one off events.
