scenery tearing on 4.5

I just went from 4.4 to 4.5 content and client and now I am getting some sky and scenery tearing.   It flashes almost like lightening around KPHL.  After first installing  of 4.5 I had really bad tearing of scenery with black flashes.  I never had a problem with 4.4.  I renamed my p3d config and let it rebuild and shader cache, that helped, but now getting the white and yellow flashes.  It kind of seems to be the sun at times.
