GNS530WAAS - selecting flight plans

Featured Replies

Hi,

I want to change in RealityXP GTN750 folder with flight plans for the one that stands in xplane 11. FMS plans.
The default is another folder with one flight plan KPDX-KPDX.

The second question is why in the online ivao, RealityXP GTN750 does not show the traffic of the planes nearby .. Thank you.

HI,

Please make sure to read the RXP GTN User's Manual about the flight plans. It describes how to use any folder of your choice.

However, I'll recommend you don't mix the XP11 FMS folder and the GTN flight plans folder: they are not the same, don't serve the same purpose, and you'd make the GTN dependant on your XP11 location.

As for the traffic, please make sure to review the device settings (User's Manual for TCAD), then make sure to enable this.

Really:

  1. Open the Reality XP GTN User's Manual
  2. Turn the pages until you reach the table of content
  3. Find the line which mentions 'TCAD' and click the page number to go directly to this page.
  4. Read the short description about TCAD.
  5. Go back to the table of content and find the line which mentions 'SETTINGS'
  6. Then click the page number and read the settings information.
