WF ZBAA Default Ground Textures Bleeding

Just purchased this wonderful airport and while the buildings/custom ground textures look very well done, there are default ground textures bleeding through the custom ground textures under certain angles. I use ORBX Global and Vector as well. I tried to remove specific files from the VECTOR _OBJ as it was recommended, but it didn't solve the issue. Also, it's not FSPXAI issue as the ground bleeding happens even when AI is completely turn off.  Hence, your help would be much appreciated.
