PMDG B744 fmc payload issue

hello to everyone,i have a issue with the PMDG 747.In the fmc on the payload page put for example 36400% of cargo and also put 0/0 passengers and 0/0 cargo.Thank you

36400%?? 

100% is full, 50% is half full... 36400% means 3640 times the max payload... I guess you won‘t be too lucky with that entry. If you want to enter payload in kg or lbs you can do that... but not into the percentage field...

i know but i cant do iton manual payload numbers put me 0/0 and when i tried to change it put me on the fmc:invalid entry and also on bulk cargo numbers put me:25000 kg,thanks for replay my topic.
