hi, I have a problem when I start the chase plane they send me "An error occured when trying to get your ComputerID. 
We have generated a Report File on your desktop, please send it to us at [email protected] (WMIError)" closed the app

Well first of all, you are in the wrong forum!

Second: you are in the wrong wrong forum! (Read the red banner!)

Third: This is a user to user forum so wait at least few more hours before you demand an answer!

I suspect that you have a licesing issue so go ahead and do what the error message told you to do!
