How do I restore default cameras after uninstalling EZdoc?

I returned my EZdoc to Flight1 after three days of frustration I will not elaborate on. To bring back my default cameras I reinstalled P3DV4 client, deleted the camera,cfg and let P3DV4.5 rebuild it. That seemed to work fine bringing back my default cameras except the wing views in my addon aircraft,(PMDG, Leonardo etc.). Does anyone have ant advice on how to restore all my aircraft position cameras without doing a complete reinstall? I have been using OPUS FSI camera for years with out problems but EZdoc had to wipe out my defaults. I guess I may just have to reinstall the aircraft.
