May 1, 20197 yr Has anyone had to rebuild their computer in recent months only to find getting licensing support from the likes of Flight1 to be a problem? It's like their whole database has been whipped. I've ordered from them for years, digged up my old order info (after mistakenly locking my install) only to find no record of my past purchases accessible on their website. If you have a new email address and shut down the old one your in trouble with your orders if forget to make the change on their site before your old email goes away. Hifi seems to be the same problem. These draconian licensing policies are terrible for those of us who's had working computers for years and finally update our FS9 boxes. May 3, 20197 yr Author Update. After trial and error both companies got me back up and running. Kudos to both but I must say it was a process because of the email change. I had no idea that would affect so much. Oh well, on to the rest of these add-ons.
