Fuel Dump Effect

For the past several weeks I have been experiencing this cloud effect coming out of the fuel dump valve. This only happens with the 747-400BCF and I have contacted PMDG about the issue but they are saying its an issue with the immersion pack. Reinstalling the PMDG 747 doesn't fix it, does anyone have any suggestions?
