May 5, 20197 yr With REX EF my sim runs at half FPS. Usually I get 50-60 TS+AS adn now with AS+EF the sim runs at around 25-45. I tried both the automation mode and manual mode changing all possible options (including 3d cloud texture size) but no effect on performance. Any idea? Thanks
May 6, 20197 yr It’s the cloud morphing that causes the FPS drop. If you turn that off in automatic mode you should get your FPS back. Cloud morphing increases the size of you 3D clouds based on real-time weather data. The upshot of this is lower FPS. Hope this helps. - PS this is exaggerated in stormy/heavy cloud conditions.
