GTN 750 not powering up

I purchased the RXP GTN 750 on April 28.  After reading the manual at least two times, I finished the installation of the RXP 750 and processed to install the RXP GTN 750 into Carenado's Turbo Commander as well as Carenado's Citation Jet.  I then loaded the Citation Jet, opened up the plug in menu for the RXP GTN 750, and sized the RXP GTN 750 to fit the cockpit, however the RXP GTN 750 screen was blank.  I then loaded the Turbo Commander and had the same thing happen again.

After reading the various Forum section, I did find a small number of members with situations similar to mine, however the situation was not resolved.

Can you please post the content of the RXP log files (see User's Manual for file/path).
