May 6, 20197 yr So, recently purchased my GTN 750. Installed and it is stating I have a invalid code. I looked first on the forum and followed the steps people stated earlier about removing Garmin Trainer and all files for Reality XP, then re-installed it and its still not working. I am running the current Windows and my computer is up to date, I am also using Xplane 11. Any help would be greatly appreciated for troubleshooting!
May 7, 20197 yr Hi, Can you please tell what is the exact error message, is this just "invalid code"? Is this displayed in a popup window? on the GTN screen? Have you moved the add-on between computers? When 'recently' was this?
