For TM Warthog users,what did you assign as collective?

Please, helicopter pilots using Thrustmaster Hotas Warthog, what did you assign as collective in P3D (throttle, slider,etc).

I assign throttle lever 2 (the right side one) as collective and set the axis to reverse using FSUIPC.
