Install issues with FSX Steam

Recommended Posts

I just purchased the RXP GNS 430 for FSX for Steam and began the install.  However, it crashed during installation and I had to kill the installer in Task Manager.  Upon running the installer a second time, it seemed to install fine.  I was able to get it to run in FSX but got a warning of an invalid or expired license.  I restarted FSX and now FSX crashes out to a black window when I select the Add-on.  I reset my license and that hasn't made a difference.

Clearly something got hosed up on install.  Thoughts?

Thanks!!

Hi,

you might want to cross-check your anti-virus is not removing the gauge under you feet?

Otherwise, what is the content of the RXP log files? (see user's manual for file/path).
