No runway center or taxi lights

For some reason, the runway center and taxi lights are invisible no matter what altitude, landing and taxi lights also barely light up the ground.

P3D V4.5

GTX 1060 6gb running on the latest drivers, tried rolling back to all drivers up till the Jan 2019 drivers without success. It happens at all airports, default and addon airports.

Can anyone help me on fixing this?

EDIT: Sorry, I did not read your post properly. That airport seems to have default runway and taxiway lights. Are you saying that addon airports with custom runway and taxiway lighting also suffer from this problem?

Which airport? Is this the only airport where this occurs, or is it a universal problem?

Well the addon airport I tested it at is Aerosoft's LIMC. Judging by the fact that it has the same problem as default airports, it must be using the default lighting. I'm not sure if the results will be the same for addon airports which have their own lighting because I don't have any other airports other than Aerosoft's LIMC installed

actually, I've had P3D V4.5 for a while now but recently I've reinstalled it because I corrupted something blah blah not that important, there was no trace of P3D V4.5 after I uninstalled it. So when I reinstalled it, everything was clean but now I'm having the lighting problem.
