July 8, 20196 yr I have installed a number of voice/language packs direct from Microsoft and they are all responding to the preview button in Win10. The problem is that for all my effort, I have only gained once voice (Hazel from English-UK) in VOX ATC. I have rebooted to make sure everything is installed corerectly but I still only have the original MS-David and MS-Zira as well as Hazel. Do the additional voices from MS not meet the SAPI-TTS requirements? is there some other step I am missing? Thanks in advance!
July 8, 20196 yr You might want to explain in more detail what you did so far. This will save us some time in providing an answer. With some of the Win 10 voices, you are required to do some minor edits to the Windows registry in order for them to show up in the various ATC apps like VOXATC and Pilot2ATC. If you are in a hurry, just search this subforum, as there were a number of posts from a few years ago that explain how to edit the registry. If you don't feel confident enough to edit the registry, your other option is to buy voices from CereProc and Ivona.
