TDS 737 MAX merge doors

Hello,

now this might be a kinda stupid question, but does anyone know how to open doors on the TDS max merged with PMDG 737NGX?

It doesn´t work via the FMC, I can only open the front left door using shift+e, however using word not allowed+e2/3/4 etc. nothing happens.

I can´t unload or load the aircraft via GSX, and I have to reset position if Í want to pushback.

The word is shift.  If you spell it right you may not get a warning from one of us Moderators.
