Well the Christchurch (NZCH) .xml for P3D has only 27 positions. With 22 real options you have passed the default threshold of 30% already long ago ... (unless you have changed that threshold). That could explain why you now have real options only.

Oh, ok. 

It's Godzone NZCH, and it has 51 parking positions. That would explain it.

Is there a way to keep the non-live parking options?

Yes, see earlier this thread or the Manual bottom of page 11: "If you want your manually added options to remain, you should give those options an hours attribute and/or set the real attribute to true (or set the threshold value at 100)!"
