Sorry if this has been addressed before, but I've successfully installed the 430/530 V2. The 430 works beautifully, but the 530 will not power up at all. What am I missing?

Have you purchased both the 430 and the 530 products or only one?

Can you please post the content of the RXP log files (see user's manual for file/path)?

My mistake. I thought I had purchased both. Turns out there was a problem with the second transaction. I just downloaded again and it's working. Thanks
