What A320 are you using?  I just tried my Project Airbus A320 (No VC) and I can see the red beacon reflect on the engine in an outside view.  I might try to set up an engine view camera to see if that works.  Are you sure you have the beacon lights turned on?  Have you tried this at night?

I'm using airbus a320 CFM by aerosoft v1.31, I turned on the beacon light but I can't see the red beacon light reflect at night! Why?????? Huhu😭😭😭

You probably have a weak light effect.  Are you sure you have both a top and bottom beacon light on the aircraft?  I think the default A-321 has a top beacon only.
