After a few hours waiting for a solution, I got a warning from the antivirus that the heuristic scan had detected malicious software in the installer and blocked it for me.

After deactivating the antivirus, I was able to install the software again. But the antivirus still recognizes it as a malicious element.

I do not understand that you are offended, when I have followed your indications, the first one to pass the post that I made you for private to public, incorporating all the information, second confirming that the file existed but it provided the error when trying to open it, and I was with permissions of administrator and third when the antivirus had not placed the file in quarantine, simply it blocked it and it did not leave any trace of this blocking.
If the problem comes from the use of the expression "hours waiting" I will tell you that it is an expression that is used the same as saying that "you wait for a light bulb to illuminate", that is to say you wait for something to occur to you to generate a solution. I suppose it is a problem of ready-made phrases and languages and now you will understand that at no time intended to be offensive when in private I call you "friend" and show my appreciation for the help you have always given me.

Hi Jatar,

I'm not offended at all don't worry! I was more outlining and wondering whether you've read my answer to your PM prior your post because my PM included some questions and directions which your post didn't answer:

I fail to find this information.

So let's try to make progress on this: where are you at with the issue now?

The problem was the Kaspersky, when I install it I always do it without the antivirus, but in this last version it is detecting a dll and the exe of the installer as potentials, it blocks them but does not inform of it, nor places them in quarantine. That's why I couldn't find what was happening. In the end I installed with an exclusion tool that comes with Kaspersky and says not to search and allow everything that is installed. This has solved the problem.
Thanks friend, I never meant to bother you.
