Thank you for such a wonderful product through the years, even if some of you haven't been there since the beginning, your professionalism and attention to detail surely shine in your preview of FSX!I wondered in all the immersion concerns and striving for ultimate realism we used to have a feature (I believe it was FS98 or FS95?) that when we entered a cloud with the strobe lights on the whole screen would flash white. I remember that time of the flight so well becuase it really *put me there* and made me feel part of the sim. If you ancounter this event in real life OR the simulator it can really trick your senses! With all of the light shader features and cool stuff available today, I wonder why and if this can be possible again? Of course one could get real fancy and depending upon the thickness/transparency of the cloud the white flash could be dimmer or brighter?Too bad this couldn't be done with an effect, but I just read through the effects SDK and nothing could seemingly trigger "entering a cloud". So maybe this can be hard coded into FSX?Thanks for listening
