August 19, 20196 yr I purchased Airfoillabs King Air 35 v 1.3 but when I enter the serial number I was given I receive a message that "Activation failed Be sure you have the correct serial number." There is one entry that could be a zero or an O. I tried with both and neither works. How can I obtain a fresh serial number?
