after my Update to

RXP GTN 750/650 Touch X-Plane v2.5.19.1

i can click 15 times to get the black window away

These are the 15 reasons i have to click to get away the black screen and see what i expected to see.

Before I updated the Garmin Trainer and the RXP software all worked fine, I mean the old combination Trainer 6.21 and the old RXP software.

Any solutions from the support service??

 

When I start the new Garmin Trainer whitout RXP I have the same problem, maybee a Garmin Problem???

Hi,

please make sure to search the forum before posting. First result in the list with the error message text ("LoadLibrary failed to load error 126"):

 

However if you run the trainer standalone and it fails with the same error, the latest GTN trainer should display a new popup window with some hints about what is causing the issue on your system:

After the deinstallation of the Commodo Firewall the Garmin Trainer works now and your software too

Problem fixed. Garmin Trainer in combination with Commodo Firewall won´t work properly.

So now i have to think about another firewall solution or wether i reinstall Commodo and click 15 times the dll error-messages away to use your program.

It is not only when running or plugin, but also when running the Garmin trainer standalone.

Have you tried the Microsoft solution for which I've posted a link above?

As I wrote above Garmin Trainer Standalone in combination with Commodo Firewall won´t work properly.

It´s not the problem of your RXP software..

without the commodo firewall it works now like a charm

canyou please help me out

i purchased gtn 760 for xp,yesterday install was good install the trainer as well as the gtn 750 in plug in folder of xp

but to day after 3 to 4 crashing of xplane i deleted all the folder of reality xp including trainer

but when i did the re install rexp it only install `plugin in xplane folder without trainer,  i did install 3 times downloading frm eCommerce store as well received the installer from f1 store ,noting happens olny install plugin only,in this process i exhausted 3 quota of activation. what should be done so that i can install plugin as well trainer,doubt i should get the respond,still waiting for help .

what wiil be the procedure so that i can able to install both, or is ther stand alone exe file for the gtn trainer

 created a ticket 1B88CN95233 got reply they have nothing to do with software side .rather i will get help here so waiting for help. thanks

you can download from the Garmin side the newest trainer as standalone it worked for me:

BTW
