Dark weather conditions and airport lighting?

Since I finally bought a weather program for Prepar3d, I was wondering why we cannot turn on the building/flood lights during dark inclement weather. I know a few developers who have created automatic runway and taxi lighting for these conditions such as FlyTampa/Flightbeam/LatinVFR.

It seems only Ricardo from LatinVFR thought this was a good idea, everyone else ignored it!
