If you watched the webcast link that was made available, it is approximately 30 minutes into the show....but I later found out he did not do any of the flying, as he said, as there is the same in-game footage in an earlier Gamespot interview with the MS designers, but you do see him flying with an Xbox controller hooked up to his laptop...

I hope we don't have to wait long for more videos.
