South Alps Mountain Terrain/Texture Issue

Today I was in the South Alps Regions between Souh Austria (Klagenfurt LOWK) and Slovenia (Ljublijana LJLJ) and saw lots of very odd looking high terrain textures especially just North and North-East of LJLJ where you can see "Farmer Field Textures" above 7000 ft where you normally find only rocks and some grasses and I can't find what is causing it.  The rest of the alps and other high terrain looks very normal to me.

I'm using ORBX FTX Global Base, Vectors and FTX Next Gen Global Mesh 2018 EU version.
