Chaseplane

Featured Replies

I just installed the above and set both chaseplane and P3D to run as administrator and now P3D won't launch. I updated windows 10 just to be safe. Chaseplane opens fine. When I click P3D the screen comes up and the launch bar starts then the screen goes blank. If I click the P3D icon nothing happens. I have tried restarting and I get the same thing. Can anyone help?

TIA
Chris

Chris, I  ran in to a similar situation and looked in to ORBX forums for help. Nick suggested I delete:   "delete Generated files"  found here = Program Files/Lockheed Martin / Prepar3Dv4    and, reboot. It worked for me..Good luck.

I just looked and don't have any "generated files"

Read this, especially "F) Delete Generated files"

Did not find any of the 3 files:

%PROGRAMDATA%\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3
%APPDATA%\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3

I did delete the 2 document files manually and still have nothing.
