September 13, 20196 yr Good evening, I am using P3D v4.5 running on Windows 10. For the most part things are working flawlessly. However, I’ve noticed some odd behaviour. Every now and again (a number of times during each flight) I hear a tone that sounds like the sound W10 makes when you disconnect a USB device. I know this isn’t related to either Chaseplane or P3D as I hear it when P3D isn’t running. Anyway, just before I hear the noise while flying, the view pans all the way up and then Chaseplane becomes momentarily frozen. I then hear the noise and then I can change views again. Normally I can deal with it if I’m midflight at cruising altitude. However, things get interesting if I am just about to land. On longer flights, Chaseplane will freeze entirely and I have to shut it down and restart it before being about to look out the cockpit windows again. Has anyone else experienced this? I’d obviously like to know where the noise is coming from and how to fix it, but until then I’d like to find a way to stop the views from panning all the way up. Thank you, Colin Gray
