P2A does not answer

Recommended Posts

Help me please !
It's been 4 hours that I'm working on the trial version, the installation and the communication with X-Plane go well, no problem to create or import, validate, and transmit a flight plan, I listen to the ATIS. ..
Although I have a microphone / headphone connected, I only use the button "SayIt".
My requests "request clearance" or "Request OpenFlightPlan" are displayed and are correctly pronounced by P2A BUT I never have an answer.
What could I forget?
Is it normal that when I connect to the simu, the lines "Recognition Engine Installed" and "Grammars Loaded" do not appear?
Are it necessary then that I do not use the microphone ??
I only have "Simulator Connected".
Thank you for your help, I would like to run this fabulous software ...

It sounds like you have not set English-US as your default language, so the Speech engine and Grammar are not loading properly.

Go back through the Language setup in the User's Guide and be sure that English-US is the default language.  If this does not fix it, email me at admin@pilot2atc.com and I will try and give you more specific help.

You are right !

I did not do it, because not using the voice, I thought it was not necessary.
It's my fault...

Thank you !
