in 737 Immersion Support

Purchased the product two days ago, but I lost the activation #,  I did not copy it and the 737 immersion does not show up in my products page.  I txted support and the responce I got that it sometimes shows up in the spam folder.  I did not get any email from Old Prop, nothing in my spam folder.  I requested a activation # from OP this morning, nothing yet,  it is taking too long to get action.

I dont thing you need an access code. license is part/connected to your login

 

reinstall VFXcenter and reinstall the add-ons.
